Members may cancel their membership at anytime. The cancellation can be completed either through the Member's Dashboard or submitted by email to CustomerCare@OnSceneALERT.com.

SUBSCRIPTION TERM DEFINITIONS

​

  • Monthly Subscription Term is defined as a calendar month of consecutive days, beginning on the date of subscription enrollment

  • Annual Subscription Term is defined as 365-consecutive days, beginning on the date of subscription enrollment

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Membership agreements are paid in-advance for the subscription term selected by the member (monthly or annual subscription term). Membership cancellations are processed at the end of the subscription term. Once a member requests an account cancellation, all mobile public safety alerting and notifications will be immediately cancelled. However, the member will have full access to their account and all original subscription features (with the exception of mobile alerting and notifications) through the end of the subscription term (i.e. last day or the subscription term month or year). Reimbursements or refunds for payments prior to the date of cancellation are not available.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

The fees of your Plan are billed in-advance and are non-refundable. Due to this term-prepayment, refunds or credits are not avilable for partial terms or for months unused.
