Members may request to cancel their membership at anytime. The cancellation request can be completed either through the Member's Dashboard or submitted by email to CustomerCare@OnsceneALERT.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date (the 48-hour timeframe allows us to cancel your membership with our payment processing vendor so you are not billed for the following term).
SUBSCRIPTION TERM DEFINITIONS
Monthly Subscription Term is defined as a calendar month of consecutive days, beginning onb the date of enrollment
Annual Subscription Term is defined as 365-consecutive days, beginning on the date of membership enrollment
Membership agreements are paid in-advance for the subscription term selected by the member (monthly or annual subscription term). Membership cancellations are processed at the end of the subscription term. Once a member requests an account cancellation, all mobile public safety alerting and notifications will be immediately cancelled. However, the member will have full access to their account and all original subscription features (with the exception of mobile alerting and notifications) through the end of the subscription term (i.e. last day or the subscription term month or year). Reimbursements or refunds for payments prior to the date of cancellation are not available.
If your Membership Cancellation Request is received more than 48 hours of your renewal date, your membership will be cancelled during the current month and you will not be billed for the following monthly or annual term. If your Membership Cancellation Request is received less than 48 hours prior to your renewal date, your account will be billed for the following monthly or annual term. Reimbursements or refunds for payments prior to the date of cancellation are not available.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
The fees of your Plan are billed in-advance, are non-refundable, and automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your Plan. Due to this term-prepayment, no refunds or credits are avilable for partial terms or for months unused.
