By enrolling into our 30-day free trial period, you acknowledge that you must cancel your membership by the end of the trial period to avoid incurring any charges. If you do not cancel before your 30-day trial period expires, you authorize a recurring payment in the amount defined in your Plan to be made for your subscription renewal on a monthly basis.

You may cancel your membership at anytime.

 

Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement

(version 1.0)

Frequency of Payments

An automatic recurring payment in the amount defined in your Plan will be made every month ("Monthly Payment") or every year ("Annual Payment") for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will also receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. For example, if your membershp subscription began on March 1st for $7.99 per month, the first recurring Monthly Payment of $7.99 will be made on March 1st. Your next automatic recurring payment in the amount of $7.99 would occur on April 1st. You will not receive advance notice of this payment, however you will receive post-payment confirmation and recipt via email.

Automatic Recurring Payment Failure

If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. REMEMBER: If your Automatic Recurring Payment fails, you will need to replenish your account with another payment method. In the event any payment is not made and you do not make a payment by the end of your billing cycle, your service may be suspended or cancelled.

Changing Automatic Recurring Payment

If you would like to change your Automatic Recurring Payment including, for example, making a change from one credit or debit card that was initially selected to another credit or debit card, you must authorize the recurring payment with the new credit or debit card. This can easily be completed by emailing us at CustomerCare@OnsceneALERT.com. Your previously approved Automatic Recurring Payment will then be terminated within 24 hours.

Subscription Increase

OnsceneALERT LLC reserves the right to change fees for its service at any time, however this is a rare occassion. In this uncommon event, the increase will not affect membership agreements prior to their scheduled renewal date. A membership agreement is your promise to pay a certain amount over a period of time, and its also our promise to only charge a certain amount over that period of time. You will be notified via the email address associated with your account at least 30 days before your renewal date, and you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of your subscription renewal. If you do not opoout of your subscription renewal, your subscription will be renewed at the increased rate. Where we are authorized to deduct payments using your credit card, Pay Pal or other means, you authorize us to deduct the increased amount of your subscription.

Account Termination

OnsceneALERT may terminate this agreement with immediate effect by giving notice to you via email or postal mail.

You may access this agreement at anytime through your Members Area

Electronic Authorization

This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized on the OnsceneALERT account, by calling an OnsceneALERT representative and following the authorization process.

 

Agreeing to these Conditions

By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information ("Payment Method"), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize OnsceneALERT LLC to charge the full amount required by my rate plan (once every month or more frequently as described in my selected Membership Plan) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit my account and remit payment for my membership to OnsceneALERT LLC. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
