Reports of an Active Shooter at University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill; lockdown protocol initiated. Multiple shots fired and at least 3 injured, possibly more. Local contacts are advising police radio communications have indicated that the shooter is in custody, although this has not been confirmed. This is still an active incident.
